Ea$y Money Connects With Action Bronson On The New Strings-Heavy Single "Go Time" (Prod. Statik Selektah)

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Gliding on strings so fat they're reminiscent of a whale, Ea$y Money (the East Coast MC once known as Ed Rock) has taken flight on his new single "Go Team." The track, which appears on his just-released debut LP The Motive of Nearly Everybody, Yo, features a lushly classic beat courtesy of production from Statik Selektah and kicks off with tough, wiley bars from none other than Action Bronson. In spite of all the high-profile help, however, Mr. Money keeps his hands on the reins, turning out verses that are sure to open many new ears to his skills from behind the mic.

"Go Time" is but one of many excellent new pieces on Ea$y Money's new LP, which includes features form the likes of Joey Bada$$ and production from 9th Wonder. 14 tracks in total, it's a great re-introduction to Ed Rock/Ea$y Money's rhyme skills (they're extensive to say the least) and a bit of expertly-wrought throwbackish hip-hop with which to get back into the work week. Or perhaps you'd prefer to just keep the holiday vibes going? Either way, Ea$y has got you covered. Purchase The Motive of Nearly Everybody, Yo on iTunes today and listen to "Go Time" below.
