Okayplayer is proud to bring you the very first single off Seeing Her Naked--the 5-song debut EP from the multi-talented Mar . The song is called "Our Attempt" and features Mar's affecting falsetto over a beat that sounds like a recording of gunshots and a toy noisemaker played back in slow motion. He also plays (apparently) the sexiest cello in the history of stringed instruments (see the cover art from Angela Tellier & Dennis de Groot above. Hello! I hate Jell-o, etc.) We knew it would be dope judging by his previous musical endeavors with Szjerdene and as one half of Full Crate & Mar (hold the Full Crate until later this year when a full-length LP and accompanying world tour should be arriving) but this first joint still surpassed our expectations.
