Speaking of weird James Blake vs. Okayplayer family collaborations, this disturbed JB dub of D’Angelo‘s classic foot-stomper “Left & Right” just appeared online today, after Blake debuted during a guest DJ set on BBC’s Radio1 over the weekend. Turns out we are not the only people amped about the return of the d’angelous one. And that score–stay tuned for more! (’cause we got more in store).

DJ Crossfader: you know, I totally thought the same thing the first time I listened to it. It’s definitely not as good as the original, but the second time I heard it it was much better. It’s a jarring remix to be sure, but once you get over that it’s actually pretty cool.
