Okayfuture in the house. The house of the future, that is. Aaron Jerome AKA SBTRKT has treated his rapidly multiplying fan-base to an unreleased 2009 production which was apparently shelved until now because of sample-clearance issues. The sparkly, aleatory dance groove of "Atomic Peace" may actually be my favorite thing he's done yet, in fact--a worthy addition to the microgenre of emotive electronics comprised of tracks like "Can You Feel It" and the little-known Sade b-side "Make Some Room." SBTRKT is slated to play both Coachella and SXSW this year so doubtless we'll be hearing all kinds of new noise from behind the mask soon.
