Miguel Enlists Travi$ Scott For "Waves" Remix
Since the release of his Wildheart LP, Miguel's approach to support has leaned heavily on visual accompaniments and touring. But now that the colder months are with us, the falsetto wielding crooner has provided a little audible invigoration for you to warm with, releasing a potent remix of the album cut "Waves" with GOOD Music rapper Travi$ Scott in tow.
It certainly marks the first time Scott and Miguel have connected on-record, but there's a glaring irony to it all. Last night, GOOD Music founder Kanye West announced that he had changed his album's title to Waves, which makes you wonder whether the release of the remix was just a humble-ish brag over who hit the wave first. You can hear the remix for "Waves" down below, but if you've yet to cop Miguel's Wildheart, we implore you to do so on iTunes today. While he seems fresh out of tour dates at the moment, you can catch him at the major festivals this spring and summer, including Governor's Ball and Bonnaroo.
