With his latest album, The Story Of Sonny Boy Slim, Gary Clark Jr. was a one man tidal wave of bluesy, soulful excellence. The album marked the first outing in which he manned damn-near every instrument, making his fourth studio album perhaps his most intimate yet. While we've had plenty of time to audibly absorb the piece in the months since its September 2015 release, today, BB Clark has shared an emotionally-gripping new visual for the album cut "Hold On," finding him full-shred against a backdrop of countless instances of uprising, ranging from Dr. King's civil rights marches to the LA riots and on to our time of social discordance.
