Friends & Peers of A$AP J. Scott Share Tributes Honoring the Late Creative

The multi-hyphenate reportedly passed yesterday, A$AP Rocky and others have penned their thoughts on his untimely death. 

ASAP J. $cott has reportedly passed, late yesterday evening friends of the late creative took to social media to share tributes. 

The Atlanta-bred multi-hyphenate was a fellow member of A$AP Mob and was known for being a DJ and a bright light to many in the NYC music community. J. Scott was also a producer, in the past, he appeared on one of Kilo Kish’s earliest projects K+ (2013).

Fellow DJ Chase B was one of the first of Scott’s peers to share that he had allegedly passed. In a tweet, he shared that he believed “J Scott was a real friend and true creative.” Similarly, Nikki Martinez, another creative wrote a touching tribute on Instagram noting that he was the first to support her early on when she got her life together in New York. Martinez also shared that she’s grateful the two met. 

A$AP Rocky also took to Instagram to share a post in memory of Scott, he wrote: “IM LOST FOR WORDS , IDK WHAT TO SAY. RIP BROSAY A$AP 2 DA DEATH LOVE U J SNACKS.” In another tribute shared on Instagram, A$AP Ferg wrote, “This was one of the healthiest guys I knew but I guess God needed him. Gone too young ‘cozy boy’ for life love u bro.”
