Tyler peels back the curtain with two new teasers.
Tyler, The Creator is prepping his next harvest. Following two years of fashion and festival ventures in support of, and adjacent to, his critically-lauded 2017 album, Scum Fuck Flower Boy, Tyler appears ready for a new chapter.
This week, he posted a pair of teasers, each featuring a new rumble. The first opens with a choir of blank-faced Tylers blinking out into the void as a synth line buzzes. The shuffle busts in and a head swivels to address the camera, cranking and cutting to dingy, daggering drums. The follow-up appeared yesterday, opening with an empty talk show set and lurching jabs of electric keys. A wigged Tyler emerges at the sound of a break, running through a half-Mary J. Blige, half-shadowboxing routine.
You can hear a few morsels of new music from Tyler, The Creator in the clips below. Hold tight for his next transmission.
