Could this be the final chapter in the story?

Fresh off the release of After Hours this past Friday, The Weeknd has released the latest video from the project. The "In Your Eyes" video picks up where the last few videos left off. In the short film released shortly before the album, Abel is possessed by a disorienting spirit. He subsequently attacks an unsuspecting couple in a nearby elevator.

In "In Your Eyes," the girlfriend somehow escapes his attack, only to be followed throughout Los Angeles by the deranged Weeknd. She attempts to call for help on a payphone but abandons that plan shortly afterward. Subsequently, she enters an after-hours nightclub, where she notices The Weeknd still following her.

After one last chaotic chase scene, the woman gets the best of him. An eerily triumphant montage soon follows. Watch the full video above.

"In Your Eyes" was produced by Max Martin and Oscar Holter. Martin rose to prominence in the late 1990s after producing Britney Spears' classic "...Baby One More Time." In the following years, Martin produced the Backstreet Boys' "I Want it That Way" and NSYNC's "It's Gonna Be Me."

In recent years, Martin produced Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl," Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off," and The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face." Martin's 22 Billboard Number One songs place him second to only Paul McCartney and John Lennon.
