After it seemed as if the recent (and unexpected) feud between Mase and Cam’ron was coming to an end, the former took to Angie Martinez‘s radio show to speak on the matter.

Throughout the hour and 36 minute conversation, Mase and Martinez speak at length on his and Cam’ron’s longstanding feud, with the former rapper turned pastor saying the situation is “going to turn terribly bad, and it’s not going to turn terribly bad for me.” When pressed to discuss his Killa Cam diss track “The Oracle,” Mase said that “The spirit of the song is I’m a grown man. Whatever happened when we were 19, grow up. Anybody should understand that. Whatever we went through at 19, 20, or even 21, grow up.”
“Really I ain’t have nothing else to say. I said what I needed to say. He went on the radio and said what he needed to say. I go on the radio and say what I have to say. It could stop there or it don’t have to,” Mase added. “I told you how it ends. If it doesn’t stop it’s gon’ end bad for him.”
During the interview Mase also talks about not feeling acknowledged enough for his contributions to Diddy‘s Bad Boy record label, and said that he should be credited with spearheading the “goldern era of Bad Boy.”
“They never gave me credit for that. All my awards went to Puff,” the New York rapper stated. “I wrote all those songs. There was songs that I had on my album that they gave to Biggie for his album.”
“Even to date, people praise Bad Boy. The real golden era of Bad Boy, I was spearheading…,” he added. “When Biggie passed away and the company is in ambiguity and everybody is lost and in shambles, it was my pen.”
