Lord Jamar Responds to Eminem Diss: "I Live Rent-Free Inside Eminem's Brain"

Eminem and the Brand Nubian MC have gone back and forth over the last two years.

Just as the conflict with Eminem and Nick Cannon died down, Slim Shady rekindled yet another old feud. This time around, he fired shots at Brand Nubian's Lord Jamar.

In an interview with DJ Vlad, Jamar quickly responded. "What I figured out," Jamar said, "is I live rent-free inside Eminem's fucking brain. I got squatters' rights in that bitch. OK? And might I say, it's fucking filthy in there. He talks about, 'Yeah I be cleaning the sinks for Rakim and all this.' Yeah, you know what, we clean our fucking houses you fuckin' filthy piece of trailer park shit."

The track, "I Will," features Royce da 5'9, Joell Ortiz, and KXNG Crooked. "I'ma keep it a buck like a dollar store," Eminem rapped. "I'm more than you bargained for and I am far worse, than a 40-some bar Lord Jamar verse."

This isn't the first time Slim Shady has targeted Jamar. On "Fall" from 2018's Kamikaze, he targeted Jamar, Charlamagne the God, and Joe Budden, in addition to multiple music media outlets. Jamar was less than pleased, not because of the content of the diss itself, but the quality of the song it appeared on.

"He did a verse about me," Jamar said in another interview with Rapmatic, "You know how bad I wanted that song to be something good? It was wack."
