Isaiah Rashad Invites Fans to Group Therapy in "Headshots (4r Da Locals)" Video

Isaiah Rashad offers his third new track in less than two months.

After years away from the music business, Isaiah Rashad has returned with three new tracks and a new album, The House is Burning, on the way. On Wednesday, the Top Dawg Entertainment signee dropped the video for "Headshots (4r Da Locals)." Check out the video below.

The latest video follows Rashad as he sits through a group therapy session, wanders through the desert, and otherwise wrestles with the stressors and habits that landed him in the sessions to begin with. The video was directed by Jack Begert and Mez Heirs. Gus Bendinelli served as director of photography, and Begert edited the video alongside Will Tooke.

Rashad opened up about his experience in rehab in a recent cover story for The FADER. He blamed struggles with prescription drugs and alcohol only exacerbated his anxiety about releasing music.

"I took it seriously, but I was drunk in the studio and trying my best to make my confidence swell way larger than it actually was at the time," he explained. "I couldn't pull off even acting like I wanted to rap for money, or like I wanted to rap to express myself. I didn't know exactly how to put into words what I felt...I just wanted this s--t to sound fun. If I'm sad, people don't need to be able to tell. And this is probably my most depressing album."

The House is Burning is set to hit digital streaming platforms this month.
