In regards to "This Is America," when asked if he's seen any of the commentaries that people have offered on the song and its video on the internet, Glover said that he hasn't been online since Thursday of last week.

"Are you the kind of person that you see one negative thing and it makes you feel bad?" Kimmel asked.

"More like I see one negative thing and I track that person down," Glover responded.

The Atlanta creator then talked about recently singing alongside Wonder at an event in Los Angeles. The event was for the iconic artist's birthday.

"I had never seen [Stevie Wonder] before," he said. "It was nuts — in the middle, he's like 'I see Donald Glover's here'...then someone comes up and he's like 'Do you wanna sing 'Superstition' with Stevie Wonder?' It was like a dream."

Lastly, the pair discusses the album Glover has listened to most in his life, which just so happens to be The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

"It's kind of flawless. Lauryn Hill's album — an album about love and every type of love — I've just never heard an album quite like that," Glover said. "I love that album."

Angélique Kidjo served as the musical guest for Glover's appearance, performing the song "Once in a Lifetime."
