Friday is finally here, you know what time it is, we’re revealing the best videos of the week that are worth watching. As you may know, Yebba is gearing up for an album release and her new single got the visual treatment this week: “Louie Bag” featuring Smino. The clip is on point, in it, there are quite a few nostalgic nods to her adolescence and her life as an artist which we see in a montage. It’s the perfect mixture of modern elements mixed with flashes from the past. Smino also adds a nice touch to this track.
Rick Hyde, Benny The Butcher and Heem also dropped the video for “Black Sinatra,” a cut that is honestly a bit effortless. Throughout the video, Hyde and Benny The Butcher makes it clear why Griselda Records is a force to be reckoned with.
Young M.A’s “Henny’d Up” is a sneaky summer anthem. The video features the rapper enjoying a party on a yacht. Overall, the cut is ideal for adding to your summer kickback playlist, Young M.A never disappoints us, ever.
Rising singer Kendra Jae linked up with Saweetie a while back and dropped “Seesaw,” a single. The visual takes the title for the track literally, but outside of that, it gives a glimpse into what she’ll be serving up in months to come: catchy R&B tracks injected with hits of rap.
Keeping up with women in hip-hop is honestly fun these days. Big Jade returns with another banger which she released earlier in the week, “Lip Gloss Freestyle.” Enchanting’s latest track “Track & Field” featuring Kali also arrived recently. To be clear, Enchanting and Kali both have our full attention at the moment. In the clip, they return to high school and are on a track team chasing the affection of their coach (we want to see the treatment for this video, no shade).
