Last week, Tevin Biles-Thomas, the brother of Olympic-champion gymnast Simone Biles was arrested on charges related to a triple homicide in Cleveland.
Simone Biles commented on the arrest for the first time on Sunday. On Sunday, she posted a statement on Twitter writing that her “heart aches” for all involved and that she’s having “a hard time processing” the news. She added, "There is nothing that I can say that will heal anyone's pain."
According to The Cut, Tevin Biles-Thomas is set to be arraigned on September 13.

Biles-Thomas was indicted on six counts of murder.
Tevin Biles-Thomas, the older brother of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, was arrested on Thursday, August 29th, for the murder of three people. Biles-Thomas, who is an active soldier in the Army, was arrested at Fort Stewart in Georgia.

According to TMZ, Police believe Biles-Thomas opened fired on a group of people after a fight broke out during a New Year's Eve party earlier in the year. The incident occurred in Cleveland, where Biles' family is from. According to police, three men were killed and two were injured.
Biles-Thomas was indicted on six counts of murder, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of voluntary manslaughter, and one count of perjury.

On Thursday, Biles sent a cryptic tweet. It seems to be a response to the situation.
