Nike Basketball released the 16th edition of LeBron's signature shoe in September 2018. In November, they collaborated with Foot Locker's House of Hoops to release an official colorway dedicated to the "I Promise" school. Winners received one of seven custom signed surfboards (in celebration of James' first season in Los Angeles) and a pair of the "I Promise" 16s.
