LeBron James Just Surpassed Michael Jordan on the NBA All Time Leading Scorer Lists

LeBron vs. MJ debate is getting real.

It was a historic night for Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James.

OnWednesday, March 6th, the future Hall-of-Famer became the fourth leading scorer of all time, passing Michael Jordan in the process. James passed Jordan with an and-one lay-up over Denver NuggetsforwardTorrey Craig in the first quarter. (Lakers would go on to lose to the Nuggets, 115-99. They will probably miss the playoffs.)

After LeBron scored the record -passing bucket, he went to the bench where he was congratulatedby 2 Chainz, who gave him a chain. (LeBron A&R'd 2 Chainz' latest album,Rap or Go to the League.

James honoredJordan all night. He was wearing special Jordan-inspired sneakers. ( He wrote"Thank You MJ 23" on them.)
