Colin Kaepernick's Collusion Case Proves Multiple Teams Listed Him as Starter

Colin Kaepernick still hasn't been signed by an NFL team

Colin Kaepernick became a free agent in March 2017. He hasn't found a home with a new team yet. Owners and GMs claim they haven't signed the quarterback because he's not a starting QB. Not because of his protests during the national anthem.

This argument is crumbling.

According to Profootballtalk, multipleteams have been deposed in Colin Kaepernick's collusion case against the NFL. According to the report, several of the teams had Kap as a starting QB throughout las season.

Here is what Mike Florio, the editor of ProFootballTalk, wrote:

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, internal franchise documents generated as part of the free-agency evaluation process and testimony from witnesses harvested via depositions in the collusion litigation has established that teams viewed Kaepernick as being good enough not simply to be employed by an NFL team, but to be a starting quarterback for an NFL team.

If this true, and it's proven that most teams had him as a starting QB, then the next thing that needs to be proven by Kap's team, according to Florio, is that there was a coordinated effort throughout the league to keep the ex-49ers QB off of a team.
