In case you missed the memo, The Round-Up is back with all of the week's most essential sounds.

While it was mostly a quiet one, sans Scorpion and Spotify's ride-or-dying for the falling 6 God, the week wasn't short on fresh frequencies. Surprise releases from Future and Meek Mill lead the week's trap triumphs, with Lils and Youngs galore filling the narrow spaces between blazing hi-hats and 808 bumps. Elsewhere in the r&b multiverse, Ella Mai's smash "Boo'd Up" sees a yet another take from Nicki Minaj and Quavo, while odd-ball guitar genius MonoNeon offers up a slick one-off, and Sunni Colon's latest leans heavy on the Hammond organ drum sequence a la Timmy Thomas. The UK steals the show, though, with Lava La Rue, Fatima, and newcomer, Pip Millett, all dropping intoxicating doses of late-90s r&b, owning their wave wholly and with devotion.
