Vanessa Zamora reintroduced herself as Mexico City’s psychedelic soul maven on the sophomore stunner, Tornaluna. Sheck Wes tremored onto the main stage with his brooding debut, MUDBOY.

Anderson .Paak and (labelmate) Kendrick Lamar two-stepped out of the summer with their prescriptive (doctor-approved) “Tints.” Emily King returned to the world as a gust of soulful poptimism on “Remind Me.” Jon Bap and Anna Wise helmed a skittering anthem with their latest loosie “Up,” while Jessie Ware, Kid Enigma, and Devin Tracy deliver the week’s dose of heavenly house heat.
