On Wednesday, Okayplayer revealed the finale of its PASSAGE series, set for Thursday on Instagram Live. The finale begins with a live meditation session with Alaska Gedeon at 11:11 AM, affirmations with Deja Joelle and Olu from EarthGang at 12:12, a sound bath with MMYYKK at 2:22, and mindfulness with Mahalia and Eniafe Isis at 3:33.
Meditations, sound baths, affirmations & more! As a thank you to our audience and to celebrate the wrap up of our wellness initiative, PASSAGE, we will host a full day of healing and feel good programming on our Instagram Live.

In previous events in the series, Vic Mensa sat down with Okayplayer and OkayAfrica Editor-in-Chief/VP of Content Rachel Hislop. Over the course of the month, the Fotografiska New York museum hosted guided meditation sessions on Fridays to the sounds of the PASSAGE EP. Vic Mensa also contributed “The Art of Healing” playlist for the occasion, featuring tracks from Tupac and Lauryn Hill.
