While Hip Hop fans around the world commemorate the ten-year anniversary of Jay Electronica’s debut release, Act 1: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge), we celebrate both one of the most enigmatic rappers of all time, and one of the most fearlessly experimental rap releases to ever dawn upon the digital age.
