Trayvon Newsome was reportedly charged with capital homicide.

One of the four suspects who allegedly were involved in the fatal shooting of XXXtentacion has been denied bond.

According to legal documents obtained by XXL magazine, a judge denied bond for Trayvon Newsome. He was reportedly charged with capital homicide alongside Robert Allen, Michael Boatwright and Dedrick Williams. Newsome is accused of robbing and killing XXXtentacion on June 8, 2018, the three others were allegedly involved in the murder plot.

Newsome was captured and arrested roughly two months after the rising rapper’s death last August 7, 2018. He was indicted on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm. Williams was arrested on June 20, 2018, while Boatwright was arrested on July 5. Allen was later arrested on July 26. Prosecutors have reason to believe Newsome approached XXXtentacion with a gun during the robbery that took place before the murder.

Authorities have also accused Boatwright of firing the shot that actually killed the late rapper. All four suspects will remain behind bars, each of them are being held without bond.

Complex reports Newsome’s lawyer previously filed documents last September claiming his client “was legally entitled to be out on bond until the murder trial begins.” His request for a bond hearing was also approved in October. Yet, during an appearance in court at the top of February prosecutors presented additional evidence in support of the “first-degree murder and robbery with a a deadly weapon charges he’s currently facing.” Judge Michael Usan wrote the following in the previously mentioned documents obtained: “This court having found proof evident and presumption great hereby declines to set bonds.”
