Late Wednesday night, Will Smith officially announced that after racking up 38.2 millions followers on Instagram, he’d be taking his talents to TikTok. The app, which is a bit reminiscent of Vine, capitalizes off of a recording time of up to 15 seconds.
In his first post, Smith is seen on a young person’s phone who is scrolling through photos of him and he is then plucked from the screen and dropped into the room. The movie star ends the clip by saying, “I guess I’m on TikTok now. That was weird y’all.” He also glances throughout the room looking a bit confused.
Smith joins actress Reese Witherspoon in the take-over of the popular app, she joined recently with the assistance of her son, Deacon.
