In anticipation of hearing songs from The New Respects‘ debut EP, Here Comes Trouble, live, the family-fueled group will perform in New York City on May 2.

Twins Alexis (bass) and Zandy Fitzgerald (guitar), along with their brother Darius (drums) and cousin Jasmine Mullen (vocals / guitar) will attend Communion NYC at the Rockwood Music Hall. Prepare for a night of soulful harmonies, live instrumentation and a “driving, vintage rock sound”.

With “Trouble” hitting the public’s consciousness at the right time on television (“NBA on TNT,” “Road To The Octagon”) — the EP and the band are shaping up to be living up to their calling in a major way. Don’t hesitate to cop tickets ASAP which are now available here.

If unable to hit up Rockwood Music Hall, be sure to look ahead, as The New Respects will play select dates around the U.S., including a performance at this year’s Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, AL.
