Styles P & Fortes Blaze A Classic J Dilla Production In The Video For "Ghost Dilla"
Styles P and the late, mythical J Dilla may have never worked together in Jay Dee's tragically short time on this planet, but that certainly hasn't stopped P from putting one up for the gawd. Months ago, P released a track that borrows one of Dilla's most notable productions in "The Red" (off the cosmic collision that is Jaylib's Champion Sound) and fit the cut with his own dastardly delivery, recruiting dynamic do-it-all Fortes for a few sharp bars on the cut alongside the time-honored vet. Today, however, the duo walk the streets of NYC in the clip for the cut, which serves as a hardy reminder of the timelessness of the Jaylib project and just how hard it knocks to this day.
