R&B wonder kid Khalid has just released his debut album, American Teen, via Right Hand Music Group/RCA Records. The album is being driven by the Texas singers’ breakout single “Location,” which has been charting on the Billboard charts. Other fan favorites like “Hopeless” and “Safe” are also featured on the album.
We talked to the upcoming singer a couple of months back. During our interview he broke down what he was trying to accomplish with his music:
“I want to encourage people to keep dreaming and know that you can accomplish anything that you want. This time last year I was in high school and had no idea that I would be where I am today. I am extremely grateful to know that people vibe to my music and I just can’t wait for the world to hear more.”
