Premiere: Seinabo Sey Delivers A Breathtaking Performance Of "Hard Time" Live In-Session

Late last year, the world was introduced to the soaring howl of Swedish-Gambian import, Seinabo Sey, with the release of her debut album, Pretend.  The album has gone on to garner critical praise, establishing the vocalist as one of the brightest new talents in the pop and r&b landscapes.

Today, we have the pleasure of bringing you an intimate lens into the inner-workings of this still-ascending star, premiering a 1-mic, 1-take live in-session performance of the blues-tinged ballad, "Hard Time," recorded at Capitol Studios at the label's HQ in Los Angeles. Here you'll find the chanteuse sprawling out over nearly five breathtaking minutes of lush arrangements and a voice that should that pulls on all of the heart-strings. Watch as Seinabo Sey beautifully performs "Hard Time" live at Capitol down below and check out her full slate of forthcoming tour dates to continue the journey.
