Brooklyn based duo, Saint Ballantine (sene x Andrew Thomas Reid), are preparing for the release of their new EP, The Stoned, via Tommy Boy Records. Andrew Thomas Reid handles the production for the duo, sene writes the songs, and they both share vocal duties. Tonight, they release the audio for the first single and title track off of the project. Says sene of the track: “This song was the first time we really knew we found our groove. Our sound. The layered vocals and pulsating bass. The lyrics are always going to lean street or at least reflection of the urban experience which I'm guilty for but it sounds really pretty when sang like this haha.” SB have put out a few joints here and there in the past, I’d easily say this is my favorite of what I’ve heard.
