Rihanna Doesn't Approve of Donald Trump Playing Her Music at His "Tragic" Rallies

Rihanna says no to Trump and endorses Andrew Gillum for Governor of Florida.

Rihannais the latest artist to disapprove of Donald Trump playing their music at his political rallies.

The pop star took to Twitter to respond to political correspondent Philip Rucker's statement while reporting from the grounds at a Trump rally in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Sunday.

Rucker wrote, "Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop the Music” is blaring in Chattanooga as aides toss free Trump T-shirts into the crowd, like a ball game. Everyone’s loving it," and Rihanna responded with, "Not for much longer...me nor my people would ever be at or around one of those tragic rallies."

That same day, Rihanna also took to Twitter to urge to vote Florida's Democratic nominee Andrew Gillum into office this Tuesday. She wrote, "FLORIDA: You have the opportunity to make history this election... And VOTE YES on Amendment 4 to restore voting rights to folks who have already paid their debt to society."

Earlier this month, Pharrell's attorney reportedly sent Trump a cease and desist letter in response to his use of the song "Happy" during rallies.

Prince's estate has also demanded that Trump cease to use his music at rallies.

Steven Tyler of AerosmithR.E.M., and Queen have also disapproved of Trump’s use of music at his events.
