TDE's Punch Goes To Work On A Velvety Flip Of Erykah Badu's "On & On"

TDE's Punch Is "Gone" On A Buttery Flip Of Erykah Badu's "On & On"

As the Top Dawg at TDE, Punch has a helluva job, nurturing some of the most brilliant careers this side of 2010. But even with his administrative duties seemingly having no bound, the chief has made room for some genuine creative output, blazing mics with as much force as any (well, except for maybe one) member of his elite roster of emcees.

This has been proven time and time again with loose joints like "Uninspired," "25" and "Fear," adding a heavy garnish to the already plentiful TDE dish (and that's only in the last year.) Today, Punch returns with some heated verbiage over a familiar set of source material for the TDE camp, flipping Erykah Badu's "On & On" for a velvety treat of all-pro mic-slaying, paired appropriately with the queen of the game (who was also sampled on the Kendrick Lamar/ The Game collaboration, "On Me".)

Hear Punch get busy on "Gone" down below and hold tight for his drop, arriving imminently. Let's all throw up a prayer for a full-length from Punch at some point in this lifetime. These joints are too too good. Head over to his Soundcloud page to try and keep up.
