Rapper PnB Rock Shot & Killed in Los Angeles

Rapper PnB Rock was fatally shot while eating at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles with his girlfriend.

Rapper PnB Rock was shot and killed in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon. The LA Times confirmed the news with a law enforcement source. He was only 30 years old.

Rock, whose real name is Rakim Allen, was shot while eating at a Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles restaurant with his girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang. There is an extremely graphic video currently being circulated on social media. The video, which a bystander posted on their instagram stories, shows the rapper laying in a pool of blood.

According to TMZ, law enforcement got a call to Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles restaurant, which is located in Inglewood, at 1:23 in the afternoon. Los Angles police Capt. Kelly Muniz, who talked to the Los Angeles Times, said the shooting occurred at 1:15 pm. The shooter pulled out a gun, shot the rapper, and took his jewelry before leaving the scene. No one else was injured at the scene.

“He shot the victim and ran out the side door to a getaway car and then fled the parking lot,” Muniz told the LA Times.

Before the fatal incident occurred, Sibounheuang posted an update of their location, tagging the restaurant.

PnB Rock is originally from Philadelphia but he has been staying in LA for a while now. PnB Rock, who had his biggest hit in 2016 with “Selfish,” was working on new music. Just a week ago, he put out a song called “Luv Me Again,” which was produced by D.A. Got That Dope. At the top of the year, the rapper released a project called SoundCloud Daze.

He leaves behind two daughters, Milan Allen and Xuri Lee.
