Maya Rudolph

"Saturday Night Live" alum and Bridesmaids star Maya Rudolph may have portrayed Beyoncé in SNL's "Prince Show" sketch, but this Thursday, September 20th, in Brooklyn, the daughter of legendary R&B singer Minnie Riperton is filling Prince's high-heels... with a little help from The Roots. Rudolph will take the stage at Brooklyn Bowl for a live performance where she will perform select tracks from His Royal Badness' deeeeeeep catalog backed by The Roots.  This isn't the first time Maya has taken on the Purple One's catalog.  Last year, she and singer/songwriter Gretchen Lieberum did a set of "deep purple concord jams" (Prince's words, not ours) at the Troubadour in Los Angeles.

Cop your tickets for this one-night-only performance NOW!
