The 6th Annual Manifesto Festival of Community Culture

Toronto's Manifesto Festival of Community Culture kicks off it's sixth year Friday, September 21st through Sunday, September 23rd with a laundry list of events guaranteed to keep all of our T-Dot fam busy this weekend: art shows, dance cyphers, panels, fashion shows, and tons of performances!  We're especially geeked about the prospect of seeing Pharoahe Monch backed by Badbadnotgood. The festivities begin on Friday with the opening of the brand-new Regent Park Arts & Culture Center featuring an artist exhibition, the second annual Floor Awards, local fashion designers and live performances.

Day two takes place at the Ryerson University Engineering Building for the Manifesto x Fresh Arts 20th Summit featuring  Kardinal Offishall, d’bi young, Jully Black, Director X, Pharoahe Monch, and Shad as guest speakers.

The grand finale on Sunday is the free outdoor concert, Live at the Square, at Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square headlined by Pharoahe Monch and featuring some of the best acts Canada has to offer!

There's entirely too much going on for us to print here, so check out the Manifesto Festival website for more info, and peep the recap of last year's festival below!
