Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Reveal New LP Track List feat. Chance The Rapper, Anderson .Paak + More

On February 26th, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will release their sophomore album, This Unruly Mess I’ve Made, a follow-up to their breakthrough 2012 debut, The Heist. Today, the duo has revealed a star-studded track list for the album, featuring contributions from KRS-One, DJ Premier, Anderson .Paak, Chance The Rapper, Leon Bridges, YG and even Idris Elba. Their lead-off single, “Downtown” (which sounded eerily similar to another throwback-leaning cut from Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars) features legends like Grandmaster Caz, Melle Mel & Kool Moe Dee, while the latest single, “White Privilege,” borrows the vocal talents of Windy City native, Jamila Woods. And though it’s somehow still difficult to take Mack and Lewis serious, even with such heavyweights behind them, This Unruly Mess I’ve Made is certainly shaping up to be something interesting. Suppose we’ll have to wait and see on the final verdict. Peep the full track list for Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ new album below.
