It looks like Lizzo has even more legal drama on her hands.
Pitchfork has obtained a 13-page lawsuit filed by the Postmates delivery person who she accused of stealing food in September. The delivery person, Tiffany Walls, claims that she brought food to Boston’s Revere Hotel on September 16th. She did not have a specific room number. After attempting to call Lizzo, Walls couldn’t reach her. Subsequently, she abandoned the order.

Shortly afterward, Lizzo tweeted “Hey @Postmates this girl Tiffany W. stole my food she lucky I don’t fight no more,” attaching a photo of the delivery person. She later deleted the tweet and apologized.
In the suit, Walls’ lawyers call the tweets “false statements that are defamatory and are libelous…Lizzo’s conduct was extreme and outrageous…she used her celebrity to publicly threaten a private individual.”
