Krayzie Bone + Bizzy Bone Reconnect As Bone Thugs On New Single, "Coming Home"
Cleveland legends Krayzie Bone and Bizzy Bone have had their fair share of controversies, successes and failures over their two decade career. The two, as part of a quartet, have won Grammys, set Billboard records and put the 216 on the map while LeBron James was still in his teens.
Now, the two lyricists have reconnected as Bone Thugs, and release the new single, “Coming Home,” which features the irie sounds of Stephen Marley. The first single from Bone Thugs’ album, New Waves, finds the Midwestern duo returning to their roots amidst living “the life” of being hip-hop legends and well-known celebrities.
“We love the process of making music so this wasn’t a hard album for us to make,” Bizzy Bone said, explaining the recording process behind New Waves. “This album is a breath of fresh air coming from Bone,” says Krayzie.”
Produced by Dutch board controllers Clifford Goilo and Avedon, New Waves also features Damizza, and will be out for earholes to digest via eOne Music this summer.
