As we reported earlierKendrick Lamar wiped all of his previous posts on socials and posted a “IV” graphic as a possible allusion to him dropping his fourth album as a followup to his classic effort, To Pimp a Butterfly.

“I think now, how wayward things have gone within the past few months,” Kendrick said in an interview dishing a few insights about the upcoming project. “My focus is ultimately going back to my community and the other communities around the world where they are doing the groundwork. To Pimp a Butterfly was addressing the problem. I’m in a space now where I’m not address the problem anymore.”

Could this mean that “IV” is a solution or an answer to the problem?
