DAMN., Kendrick Lamar‘s latest album, is now available on iTunes and streaming services.
If you’re impatient, there’s a decent chance you might have heard it…or at least a version of the album. DAMN. leaked a couple of hours ago.
Now, in 2017, big albums don’t really leak that often. Albums usually leak when they get sent to stores weeks or days before the release and an employee opens up the CD and rips it. Record labels now usually release the album digitally first, putting an end to leaks. But DAMN. seemed to be one of the exceptions.
While fans were enjoying the album, however, Soundwave threw everyone who downloaded the leak off when he tweeted this:
