The follow-up to Nebuchadnezzar will take place in Miami during the last day of this year's Art Basel.

Kanye West has announced a new opera. Titled Mary, the event will be directed by Vanessa Beecroft (who also directed West's Nebuchadnezzar opera that debuted last month in Los Angeles) and will feature West's Sunday service choir. The artist announced the event via Twitter.

Tickets for the event, which will take place at the Miami Marine Stadium, are available to purchase for $200.

West's debut opera, Nebuchadnezzar, took place at Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl. The event told the story of Nebuchadnezzar's "transition from wicked, imperious, self-declared ruler to a true believer who finds salvation in his faith." The opera featured rapper sheck Wes, singer Peter Collins, and the music group Infinity's Song.

Prior to his opera events, West released his album Jesus Is King. In a previous interview with Zane Lowe where he discussed the album, west spoke on his faith, saying: "Now that I’m in service to Christ, my job is to spread the gospel, to let people know what Jesus has done for me."
