I know, I know, we’ve heard this before.
Take it with a grain of salt, but in a recent interview with Let’s Link Radio, Ghostface Killah mentions that him and DOOM plan to drop their collabo album, DOOMSTARKS, in February. Honestly, even if we just get another single by February and the album doesn’t come until this time next year, I’m fine with that — unlike some of the other highly publicized and long-delayed albums of hip-hop past, I’m willing to keep hope alive and wait on this one.
Other gems Tony Starks drops in the clip include news that he’s currently finishing up a Supreme Clientele sequel, and has upcoming collabo projects with Killah Priest and Tragedy Khadafi.
Watch the full clip below, as well as a transcription of the segment concerning DOOMSTARKS.
[I am presently] finishing up my Supreme Clientele [sequel],” Ghostface Killah said. That’s gonna be a monster. To all real Rap Heads, that’s gonna be a monster. I’m proud of that project. I just hope every sample gets cleared. And then they’ll see what I’m talking about. I just got a bunch of things going on. I talked to [MF] DOOM’s people. DOOM is ready now…So, he said he wants to drop that in February. He said he wants to drop that in February.
