Vince Staples, another young gun with a massive 2015, is already turning up in the new year with some flame. Australian beatsman Flume has recruited the Long Beach native for a pair of his hissing verses on the new track “Smoke & Retribution,” which premiered today on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 program. Here you’ll find Staples blazing through the relentless, synth-loaded suite with fellow Australian producer and vocalist Kucka stepping in for the hook (though if I didn’t know any better, I’d have said it were Nao.)
