Hear Two New Tracks From Faith Evans and Notorious B.I.G.'s Upcoming Duets Album

Faith Evans is a legend, man, and she’s ready to share her newest work—”Take Me There”—from the upcoming duet album, The King & I.

Featuring previously unheard vocals from The Notorious B.I.G., “Take Me There,” also features verses from Sheek Louch and Styles P from The Lox. The vocals used were originally supposed to be for Lil’ Kim, who rapped the version to herself on the track, “Drugs,” from her 1996 album, Hard Core. This version, which is produced by Just Blaze, was made into a lyric video and can be seen below.

The King & I is 25 cuts of new work by Faith Evans, melded with vocals by her late, ex-husband. With an impressive list of guest appearances (Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, Jadakiss, Lil’ Cease and more) — this is certainly a collector’s item record that needs to be added to your list of must-have projects. The project is slated for release on May 19, two days before B.I.G.’s birthday, and will be available on all platforms.

From CD ($18.98) to digital download to streaming to vinyl ($31.98, out June 9) —
you can be a part of history when the project is out on May 19. Check out the track listing below.
