Watch Drake's Glorious Coachella Performance In Its Entirety

Much to the dismay of haters, naysayers, and anyone who thinks great hip-hop died back in 1996, Drake turned out a powerful live show at the Coachella festival last night, reducing Indio, California to a patch of scorched and salted earth. Decked in blaze orange and backed by the rattling bars of "Legend," the Toronto MC took to the stage and proceeded to clean house for over an hour, running through a stacked deck of hits inclding "Trophies" and "HYFR," "Crew Love," "The Motto," "6 God," "Hold On We're Going Home," and even his ilovemakonen collab piece "Tuesday" (despite the fact that, according to sources, last night was in fact a Sunday).

For most of the performance the Toronto MC held down all of Coachella single-handedly, both rapping and rap-singing before a wall of vertical screens. However, Drake also briefly performed both atop a giant waterfall and later beside a staged campfire, and the night was punctuated mid-set by the appearance of pop legend Madonna, who took the stage to perform her 1994 single "Human Nature." Madge turned out a solid, if slightly muted performance, but the real story came after the music, when the woman whom Drake recently devoted a song to surprised him with a lengthy kiss, leaving young Drizzy visibly dizzy. Watch the full video stream of Drake's excellent Coachella performance below, and get ready for a bombardment of modern day hip-hop hits. Love him or hate him, Drake knows how to rock a show. You know how that shit go.

UPDATE: Drake has just announced a short summer tour, labeled JUNGLE. The six date summer trek will feature support from Future and culminate in his previously confirmed headlining set at New York City's Governors Ball festival.
