Chance The Rapper just made his Tonight Show debut with a spirited performance of the brand new single “Blessings” off his forthcoming mixtape Chance 3, the follow-up to 2012’s breakout project, Acid Rap. Tonight found him lining up with the likes of gospel star Byron Cage, longtime collaborator Jamila Woods (prominently featured on Surf‘s “Sunday Candy”,) as well as Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment and what looks like Francis & The Lights frontman Francis Starlite hiding behind a full choir. For fans of the dynamic Chicagoan, the performance should prove to be precisely on-par with what we saw at the tail-end of last year, when he debuted “Angels” with Saba on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. No word who or what to expect from the new album, but you gotta give it to young Chano, he only seems get more impressive and more charismatic with each outing. Watch Chance The Rapper’s full performance down below and hold tight for the new tape, now officially slated for a May 13th release. His site is offering 10 copies of the album cover on a poster for $20, head over to grab your bundle and light up your local billboards to support.
