Yesterday, ChanceThe Rapper, one of the world's greatest leaders, made an unannouncedvisit toCourtenay Elementary, a public school in Chicago. There, he spentthe morning and afternoon being involved with the school's college and careerfair.

According to students who attend the school. Chancetalked to the entire schoolin the auditoriumabout his career so far.DNA Info Chicago spoke to some of those students, and all confirmed that Chance was spreading a pro-school, positivemessage.

"He spoke to all of us about his career and told us to stay in school," saidJoanne Tablas, a 13-year-old student.Another student, a nine-year-old named GorgeousPeoples,said:"I think it was really cool. When I first saw him I was like, 'oh my god.' I just wanted to jump up ... my whole class was excited."

Chance was clearly excited, as well. He posted a video on his IG sitting in on "Ms. Jackson's class:"

All this comes weeks after the rapper decided to donate over a$1 million dollarsto public schools in Chicago.
