The plea deal was made four months after Breonna Taylor passed.

One of the attorneys representing the family of Breonna Taylor shared that local law enforcement had tried to offer Jamarcus Glover, Taylor's boyfriend, a plea deal that listed the emergency medical technician as a part of his drug operation.

In a report from WAVE3, attorney Sam Aguiar shared a part of the plea deal in a Facebook post. In the part shared, Taylor can be listed as a co-defendant among a list of other names as a part of Glover's "organized crime syndicate that trafficked large amounts of Crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and opiates into the Louisville community."

The plea deal, which was made four months after Taylor's passing, was denied by Glover. Aguiar accused Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney Tom Wine (who recused himself from the Taylor death investigation because he was investigating Walker) of smearing Taylor's name.

“"his goes to show how desperate Tom Wine ... is to justify the wrongful search of Breonna Taylor’s home, her killing and arrest of Kenneth Walker," Aguiar wrote in his post about the plea deal. "Thank god his office recused itself, as we sure as hell know what they would’ve done. And shame on that office. Breonna Taylor is not a ‘co-defendant’ in a criminal case. She’s dead. Way to try and attack a woman when she’s not even here to defend herself."

Wine has since said that the plea deal Aguiar shared was a draft. He then released a final plea deal that did not include Taylor's name.

"We were aware of the information in the warrants as well as the jail phone calls where Mr. Glover implicated Ms. Taylor in his criminal activity," Wine said, according to WHAS11. "When I was advised of the discussions, out of respect for Ms. Taylor, I directed that Ms. Breonna Taylor’s name be removed."
