Wow. Extraterrestrial brother and super-heavy music cat Martin Luther just dropped this 16-track collection of old new and in-between songs on us. As Luther says, some were recorded 10 years ago, some were recorded yesterday. It shows too–in a very, very good way–because there are collaborations on here with the likes of Stic-Man, George Clinton and uh, TUPAC SHAKUR. It is obviously going to take some time to wrap our heads around this (and maybe some extra head-material)–especially since many of the individual track are accompanied by reminiscences and liner notes. But suffice it to say this is some serious shit. And it’s apparently only the first volume of a “collection of musical thoughts.” Download the Tupac collabo below, stream the whole thing via bandcamp (coppable on a name-your-price basis) and start clearing some space on your hard drive for what’s to come.
