The estranged rapper also plans to add guards to his security detail in hopes to heighten his chances of not being attacked.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, who is slated to be released from prison later this year has reportedly already made plans to leave New York City according to a TMZ report.

Due to safety concerns, the New York rapper also has planned to add guards to his security detail. The report also shares that every decision he makes upon his release will have to be approved by the federal probation department. Part of his sentence includes being monitored even after he leaves prison. At the moment, no further details on where he’ll be relocating have been disclosed, but there’s no doubt he’s looking to protect himself following the Nine Trey Blood trial.

Additionally, sources have also shared that 6ix9ine will be putting security measures in place to be sure he’s protected at all times. TMZ reports that the rapper only wants legitimate law enforcement officers or ex-military members who are licensed to carry firearms. Not only would he like to move out of NYC, but he’d like to move somewhere that would allow him to have “Fort Knox-like security.”

As soon as he’s released, the rapper will also be completing his $10 million record deal with 10K Projects, reports Complex. He’s not planning on live performances or any tour dates since it wouldn’t be a safe route for him.

6ix9ine could be getting out as soon as August, he currently doesn’t want to involve himself with witness protection.
