Last October, during a performance at Mala Luna Festival, YG pulled a crowd member on stage when he noticed they weren't joining in the "Fuck Donald Trump" chants ringing through the venue. When the kid in question refused to name himself to the crowd and repeat the hook to the Compton rapper's hit single, YG booted him from the stage.

Now, 18-year-old Austin Joyner has responded to the embarrassing incident in a divinely-guided open letter to the rapper. Posted to Twitter Saturday morning, the letter charges YG with "putting a target on my back [that] made it unsafe for me at the festival." In the two-page breakdown, Joyner recounts his experience being reluctantly pulled onto the stage to "curse someone publically," but admits he would have never done so as "a proud Christian." Joyner concedes, however, faith aside, the rapper is entitled to his opinion of the president, but later in the letter expresses his hope that YG will undergo "the type of transition Kanye West has made."
